Description
This red wine aged in 100% French oak barrels, 30% new, for nine months. It has aromas of black raspberry, forest floor and cedar followed by flavors of pomegranate, cocoa, and rich earth. On the palate the wine is medium bodied with vibrant acidity and refined tannins. A perfect pair for cedar plank salmon, earthy mushroom dishes, shepherd's pie, and sausages.
