We currently only ship within the United States. If we find significant interest in shipping internationally, we may add that option at a later time.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We will charge your credit card only when items ship.
What do I need to do if I received incorrect items or have questions about my order?

The promo code I entered didn’t work. What do I need to do to receive my discount?
The promotional discount code may have expired. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us via email to service@acshomeaccents.com.
The item I want is out of stock. Will you notify me when it’s back in stock?
Yes, only if you request us to do so. You’ll need to send us an email and let us know what item you’re interested in and we’ll make sure to notify you when it’s available.
What if I received the wrong item?
We apologize for our mistake and will do everything we can to make it right. Please contact at service@acshomeaccents.com within seven (7) days from the receipt of your order to let us know you’ve received the wrong item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect item. We will ship the correct items to you at no added cost, as well as cover any return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
Can I return a product for an exchange instead of a refund?
If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your item following our standard return policy and then place a new order for your replacement item through shop.acshomeaccents.com.
How do I return damaged items?
We know how disappointing it is to receive a damaged or faulty item, and we will do everything we can to replace it. Please contact us at service@acshomeaccents.com within seven (7) days from the receipt of your order to let us know that you’ve received a damaged item. Please send us pictures of the damage to the item, along with pictures of the shipping packaging. We will provide you with instructions on how to return and replace the item. We will ship the correct items to you at no added cost, as well as cover any return shipping costs for the damaged goods.
When will I get my refund?
Please give us time to process your return and credit your funds back to you. Once we receive your returned items, it usually takes up to two weeks to process your return. It may also take another three to five business days for your funds two show up in your payment account.
